Akshay Sagar is a strategic energy executive with a reputation for starting, transforming, and turning around global businesses. He is a growth-focused leader who has helmed major businesses for companies including Paterson-UTI, Weatherford International, Halliburton, and Schlumberger. Recently, Akshay led the turnaround of the Universal Pressure Pumping business, tripling revenue and delivering significant margin improvement for Paterson-UTI.

With that, he has developed deep experience across the energy and industrial service sectors. He has developed and expanded product portfolios, guided complex corporate transactions, and spurred transformations resulting in operational efficiencies and margin improvements. He has also launched digital platforms, including remote operations and ML/AI tools, to drive best practices, enhance performance efficiencies, and introduce organizational knowledge management systems.

Akshay has been in on-the-ground roles in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, and has wide experience managing business performance across cultures, regulatory regimes, and geopolitical risk.

Akshay earned an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He is a member of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council (EWTC) Board as well as the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA). A long-time participant in and supporter of education-focused nonprofits, he founded the Sakshar School in India, which prepares students for higher education studies in engineering and medicine, and is active in Eyes on Me, a Houston-based organization that helps support recently-released felons into society through goals coaching and business skills

Mr. Timo Moeller is the Chief Growth Officer of NovaSource Power Services, responsible for Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, as well as M&A globally.

Prior to joining NovaSource, Mr. Moeller served as Head of Commercial and Revenue of First Solar’s Energy Services division, where he had the mandate to grow the market leadership position in the solar O&M space in North America.

Mr. Moeller started his renewable energy career in 2006 when he joined First Solar in Germany. He moved to the United States in 2011 to establish a global post-sales service organization for First Solar. In 2021, Mr. Moeller, his wife and two daughters relocated to Lyon, France to support NovaSources European growth strategy.

Mr. Moeller has an Electrical Engineering degree from the Technical College Worms, Germany and a Business Management degree (MBA equivalent) with specialization in Information Management from the Academy of Administration and Business Management Mannheim, Germany.

Jessica began her legal career at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP in New York before joining a client’s private investment vehicle and its NYSE-listed energy company as a vice president. Throughout her career, Jessica has advised boards of directors and senior management of, and institutional investors in, publicly-traded companies and private equity investment firms and their portfolio companies on matters ranging from general corporate matters to IPOs, M&A and complex commercial transactions. Prior to law school, Jessica worked in The White House.

Kyle is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of financial and management experience in the Energy and Oil Field Services Industry. Kyle started his career at Wyle Laboratories, a contractor for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).  He then returned to school to pursue his Master of Business Administration at Texas A&M University, and upon graduation joined Halliburton, where he held a number of financial roles over more than 14 years.  In late 2014, Kyle joined Weatherford International where he again held a variety of financial as well as management roles, including his last role in which he led the operations for the Eastern Area of the United States.  In 2022 Kyle joined Universal, the pressure pumping business of Patterson-UTI, as Vice President for Finance and Supply Chain, and he most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Eastern Energy Services.

Danielle brings over 15 years of Human Resources leadership within the energy industry. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Dover Precision Components, successfully leading high-impact and scalable business, people, and talent programs and initiatives. She is passionate about achieving short and long-term business strategic objectives through collaborative partnerships.

Frank joined the company in 2010, bringing 19 years of invaluable experience in the energy industry, with a specialization in solar power for 14 years.  His career commenced in the US Navy as a Nuclear Electronics Technician, where he served for 8 years aboard the USS Ronald Reagan aircraft carrier.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior College, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho.  His diverse educational background and extensive industry expertise make him a pivotal leader in driving our company’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions and operational excellence.

Megan began her career in the energy industry as a Field Engineer with Schlumberger.  She held various positions in Schlumberger including Geounit Operations Manager for Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, Singapore Pressure Pumping and Chemistry Manufacturing Manager, and Drilling Group People Productivity Manager, as well as roles in business development, engineering, training, sales and HR.

Megan then moved to Universal Pressure Pumping as Vice President of HSE and supported integration efforts post-merger with NexTier Completion Services as Vice President of HSE Integration before joining NovaSource Power Solutions as Senior Vice President of Global EHS and Quality.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.

As Chief Operating Officer, Michael is responsible for managing Longroad Energy’s operations, asset management, construction, HR, IT and facilities activities. Prior to co-founding Longroad Energy, Michael served as President and CFO of First Wind, which he joined in 2006. Michael has also served as Vice President of Strategy at EIX, a utility holding company, as well as President of energy project developer, Kenetech Energy Systems.
